There are a number of non-functioning SONOS speakers available now on ebay. Also Squeezebox Radios, but I like the idea of the SONOS as it has few controls and no UI.
Has anyone considered using something like a PolyVection DAC32 or Raspberry PI solution embedded inside the SONOS Speaker?
