PiCorePlayer - No Sound

I just setup my 3rd piCorePlayer (6.1.0) on a 4GB Pi 4, with a 7" touchscreen. I installed Jivelight, rebooted, connected to my LMS server on the network just fine. I found some tracks and they would seem to play, but no sound out of the audio jack. Under Diagnostics the sound test tone seemed to work fine, I heard the tone. But when I try play a song I see the counter going but no sound. What was also odd is if I stop the song remotely via the LMS web interface with the piCorePlayer selected. It will restart on its own? I also get intermittent loss of connection to the LMS server as shown in Jivelight on the touchscreen, yet its visible as a connected player on the LMDS web interface and in the piCorePlayer interface it shows the correct IP for a connected LMS server? Everything worked fin on my last two installs of PCP on the same hardware, just this newest one is messed up for some reason. Any ideas, or anyone need some log files or diagnostics? I also tried "default", "hw:CARD=ALSA,DEV=0" and "sysdefault:CARD=ALSA" with no difference for card settings. But again, the sound test works in Diagnostics, just not the PCP.

Update. I put in the SD card from the previous Pi/PCP install (it was on a 64GB card which I did not notice, so wanted to re-install on a 16GB card) and it worked fine with the same sound settings ("hw:CARD=ALSA,DEV=0") as with the new install. I then re-imaged the new 16GB card again. It connected to the LMS fine and would seem to play (based on the LMS web interface), but no sound. Installed Jivelight again after resizing the file system. It started fine, connected to LMS, would start a song and the counter would be going on the LMS web interface, but no clock movement on the touchscreen display showing the track "playing"? So weird
